Ultrasounds-are-not-the-best-method-of-diagnosing-bladder-cancer

Bladder cancer can show up on ultrasound, but ultrasound is infrequently used to help make a diagnosis of a bladder tumor. CAT scans are more often used along with cystoscopy to detect bladder cancers. Sometimes ultrasound is also used to evaluate the kidneys, but this test is not as sensitive as CT scan and is not frequently used for the diagnosis of bladder cancer.
